Amy answered the door at 9am on a fairly sunny Sunday morning in County Durham. After a quick exchange of niceties as I unpacked my camera, I snuck upstairs to join Stuart (Dad), Isla and Louie in the bathroom.
Isla immediately played up to the camera. Mummy Amy said that she had been super excited about the session – and it radiated through her smile. Louie was a bit shier to begin with, and so was Stuart to be honest!
I really love capturing bathtime. Children just love it. And snuggles in towels are always so adorable. To top it off Isla had the most beautiful hair. The most perfect of ringlets cascading down her back. You’ll see there’s a theme to a lot of my photographs of their session – I think I became a bit entranced by it!
Following on from bathtime, I joined The Grahams at breakfast and as they played in the garden, repotted plants, hung some new twinkle lights on the shed and then greeted Nanny with the biggest of open arms – beautiful (you’ll need to watch the film for that bit! – I’ll post that tomorrow.)
