We didn’t realise we were making memories
We just knew we were having fun
Last year was, as they say EPIC!!!
In addition to my family documentary work, which is still at the centre of everything I do because that’s where UNSCRIPTED stemmed from, I was fortunate enough to start photographing weddings last year.
And they ROCKED!
I knew that when I created my wedding packages, I wanted to align them with my family work and therefore, from the off, I included video. I just love it. I love filming it, I love the creativity it involves, the editing process, choosing the music. I love the way it compliments the photographs and gives a real sense of the atmosphere and feeling of the day.
So as I enter my second year of weddings, I knew I had to reflect upon my achievements of last year. The awesome couples I met. The videos I made. And I have therefore come up with 3 minutes of juiciness – it was tough. So much wicked footage. I know I left out some good stuff. Sorry.
In the meantime. Enjoy my 2018 showreel, highlights, best bits – whatever you want to call it. I wanted to share the photographs to accompany them, but frankly you’re gonna have to wait for those! I’m keeping them for other blog posts! Hehehe!
For now – here’s to 2018 and making it fabulous.
